Bij het intake gesprek met een medewerkster gesproken en een veilig gevoel gekregen. Ik ga voor een vervolgafspraak BBL behandeling. Ik heb er zin in.

Vandaag voor het eerst bij ACC geweest en daar voortreffelijk geholpen door Houda die een eerlijke intake deed en geen onnodige of overbodige behandelingen wilde uitvoeren waar ikzelf in eerste instantie wel naar vroeg, Houda was behalve vakkundig ( zo goed als pijnloze behandeling) ook zeer vriendelijk en zorgde ervoor dat ik als "beginneling " in deze wereld goed geïnformeerd werd... heb mijn kraaienpootjes en frons laten behandelen met Botox en de lijnen die van mijn neus naar de mondhoeken lopen met een filler zachter laten maken. Heb er nu spijt van dat ik hetniet veel eerder heb aangedurfd, vanaf nu kan zowel de ACC als ook Houda op mijn klandizie blijven rekenen .... raad het iedereen die nog twijfels heeft aan !!

Highly reccomend this clinic, the staff is knowledgeable, kind and take the time to explain the procedures and reassure you. Also the receptionist is very nice and kind. Always had the best experience and I’m very satisfied with the results!

Estefany is geweldig!! Ze nam de tijd om me lippen op te vullen met 1.0 ml ze wist echt goed wat ze deed! En Lisa nam ons echt zo verwelkomend en vriendelijk in ontvangst en bracht me echt op me gemak want ben echt een angsthaas! Maar bedankt dat jullie mij zo goed geholpen hebben en me op me gemak hebben gerust gesteld!! Kom zeker terug!!

Best experience, everyone is nice and friendly, and the results are wonderful

We went to the Amsterdam Cosmetic Clinic for my husband to inquire about have laser hair removal in a very small area, between his eye brows and around his ears. We explained this to the receptionist, who told us he would first need a consultation for €25. Even though he has had this procedure several times and knew exactly what he needed, they still required this initial consult. She then explained that with your first appointment, the consult fee would be refunded with the cost of the €100 procedure, what she called the “XS Area” package. She went on to try and sell us on their €600 package where after your 6th appointment the next is free. We agreed, and waited to meet with the clinician. We again explained the area to be worked on, and she explained that she would have to check to see if they have the small tip they need to work on the ears… She also tried to sell us on the package. When we asked how long between each treatment, she said 4 weeks. Having had laser hair removal before, my husband knew it would be at least 4 MONTHS before he would need to come back. The clinician said she was waiting to hear back from her colleague if they have the small tip for their laser to work on the ears. We were then sent on our way. The next day, we received a text explaining that they do not have the tip for the ears, but asked if he wanted to make the appointment for the eyebrows, for €100! Given that he was there for both areas, which we explained to the first person we spoke with, we asked if it was possible to receive a refund for the consultation fee, since they were not about to help, even after we explained to the first person we spoke with what he needed. They declined. We then walked over there hoping that speaking with them in person, we might have better luck getting a refund since they clearly knew they did not have the equipment they needed to perform the service we asked for. They again declined to offer a refund. This initial consultation is a TOTAL SCAM. Avoid this place at all costs! He is going back to the center that only charges €50 and doesn’t make you pay for the scam consult!!

Heel tevreden met het resultaat. Ik heb de BBL Hero gedaan (rosacea). Helia is vriendelijk en legt alles goed uit.

Ik kwam voor een laserbehandeling voor mijn pigmentvlekken en had gehoopt op een professionele en warme aanpak. Helaas was mijn ervaring teleurstellend: de communicatie was afstandelijk, de specialist toonde geen enkele betrokkenheid en belangrijke info werd niet correct opgevolgd. Ik voelde me niet echt geholpen of serieus genomen. Jammer, want als klant investeer je niet alleen geld, maar ook vertrouwen.
